The hotel is clean and the room is large and neat. The location is absolutely perfect and favourable, 15 minutes' walk to Keystone Tractor Works Museum. The property has a good restaurant. Thank you for a great stay.

The omelet was delicious and perfectly made. The room was excellent, neat, and clean. The housekeeping staff were helpful and friendly. The customer service on Feb 15 was excellent, with a super sweet young lady and a stand-up customer service rep. The beds were very comfortable for us and the kids.

The staff was consistently courteous. The pool area was heated. The location was favourable and unbeatable, adjacent to the campus, mall, restaurants, and the East Coast. Centre Hill Museum, a main attraction, was just 3 miles from the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Colonial Heights. The value for money was great, with affordable prices and even breakfast included. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms, with amenities like a pull-out sofa and a workstation. The hotel's location was also a major plus, being close to everything in the area.
